New underwater art series

January feels like the perfect time to begin something new! So this year, I’m starting an underwater sea creatures series. The first artwork in the series features a delicate seahorse, and it marks the beginning of what I hope will be a collection you enjoy watching grow month by month. To start your collection join my Mini Art Print Club today!
This underwater series is inspired by my love of scuba diving. Being underwater forces you to slow down, breathe deeply, and really take notice of the beauty around you. It’s a space where time feels suspended. Some of the sea creatures in this series will be animals I have seen while scuba diving while others will be animals I hope to see in the future.
Each artwork in my underwater series will be created using the stippling technique, paired with watercolour backgrounds. The stippling allows me to build details slowly, dot by dot, while the watercolour brings a gentle sense of movement and connects the creature back to the ocean. Every piece will be a tiny window into the underwater world. I love the idea that these mini artworks will find homes all over the world, creating little pockets of ocean calm on desks, walls, and shelves.
If you’re already a member of my Mini Art Print Club, you’ll receive my Seahorse art print as the first piece in 2026 and if you’re thinking about joining, now is the perfect time to dive in and start collecting from the very beginning of the series.
Joining one of my Art Clubs is a wonderful way to support my journey towards becoming a full-time artist while also building something of your own, whether that’s an art collection by joining my Mini Art Print Club, a stash of beautiful cards by joining my Greeting Card Club, or starting a regular creative practice of your own by joining my Colour-In Club. Each club offers a different way to connect with my work, depending on how you love to experience art.
